Bedding, Duvets, Pillows
If you are having difficulty getting rid of these items there are charities and organizations that will accept them.
- Try contacting local homeless shelters, hostels & animal shelters
- https://homeless.org.uk/ are a tool to find local housing shelters to donate bedding.
- https://reuse-network.org.uk/ accepts cushions and pillows
- Try The Salvation Army, Oxfam, Red Cross & RSPCA
- Some stores offer in-house Textile recycling such as Dunelm, Primark & M&S.

- Ask local schools, placgroups & social clubs if they would like your items for craft projects
- If your item is in working or useable condition you can list on Facebook Marketplace https://www.facebook.com/marketplace
- Re-use it yourself recreating cushions, quilts, draft stoppers, pet beds, stuffed toys etc.
Bulky Waste & White Goods

- Book a bulky waste collection from TMBC. Visit https://www.tmbc.gov.uk/bins-waste/bulky-waste-collection
- If your item is in working or useable condition you can list on Facebook Marketplace https://www.facebook.com/marketplace
- If you are replacing it with a store bought item ask the store if they will collect and recycle your old item.
