Residential Proposal Land at Howlands, Wrotham

Fernham Homes is proposing to bring forward a residential proposal for 26no. homes with associated parking and landscaping on Land at Howlands, Wrotham. We would like to invite the local community to a public engagement event on Tuesday 22nd April 2025 where members of the Fernham Homes team will provide information on the emerging proposals and answer any questions.

The public engagement event will be held at St. George’s Hall, High Street, Wrotham, TN15 7AA between 4-6.30pm on Tuesday 22nd April 2025.
