Refernet – Spotlight – Crossroads Care Kent Counselling Service
Good morning, our next Spotlight session will be on Thursday 30th October at 2pm. This will be delivered by Vicky from the Crossroads Care Counselling team and will cover:
• Eligibility and how to access the support
• 12 free counselling sessions for unpaid Carers
• A confidential safe space to explore thoughts and feelings
• Learn strategies to assist and empower you in your caring role
• 8 locations across Kent plus the option for remote sessions

Kent and Medway Safe Haven
Tuesday 6th May, 10-11am
During this session you will find out what the safe havens are and be taken through an individual’s journey attending their services and a demonstration of what support they can offer to anyone experiencing mental health distress or crisis.
There will also be an opportunity to ask any questions you would like about the service and develop partnership relationships to support our community together.
